100% payment due at time of booking the reservation.  Cancellation Policy -We require 30 days notice of cancellation or 50% will not be refunded.

* Off Season rates are effective from October 1st to March 31st.
* Prime Time rates are effective May, June, July, August, September and December 20th - January 3rd.

- Rates effective November 1, 2008 - November 1, 2009
- Rates subject to change.
- 120 day advance bookings only.

- Taxes of 5% GST and 10% Hotel Tax Extra.
